In case you didn’t know Disney is buying out Marvel for a cool 4 billion dollars. What will happen to the Marvel family of characters? Marvel owns the rights to 5000 different characters including fan favorites like SpiderMan, X-Men, Iron Man and the Fantastic 4. Will there a be a merger and meld of Disney and Marvel characters as well? Bleeding Cool has collected a list of fan mashups of DIsney and Marvel Characters. Marvel chairman Mort Handel called Disney “a perfect home for our great collection of characters.” Let’s hope that the upcoming merger doesn’t result in a Mouserine or Duckerine character like the one below. Will the NBC Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks in Orlando and LA turn into an attraction for the Law and Order franchise?
